Vegan chocolate brownie

We all deserve a little treat from time to time, and I love the simplicity of this recipe, plus, I enjoy seeing the look of surprise on people's faces when I tell them it's vegan!
With just a few simple ingredients this chocolate brownie is very quick and easy to pull together. It's best served with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice-cream and a drizzle of my vegan caramel sauce. Yum!
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 bananas
1/2 cup almond butter
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Vegan chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/ Gas mark 6.
In a large mixing bowl mash the bananas, then mix in the butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Spread the mixture in a baking tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Sprinkle on the chocolate chips. (If you can't find vegan chocolate chips, chop up a couple of cubes of a vegan dark chocolate bar such as Cadbury's Bournville)
Bake for 25 minutes in the middle of the oven. Leave to cool before cutting/serving.
